Social Care Direct

Social Care Direct is a team of officers who are usually the first point of contact if someone thinks they need help from Social Care and Health. It is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning from 9am to 1pm. Outside of these hours, the call transfers to an emergency contact.
